When we highlighted the worst companies for customer service and how to get results from them, many of you pointed out your success emailing company CEOs when all other service avenues have failed. If the company you have a problem with isn?t one of our top five, here?s a site that can help you find out who to get in touch with.
CEOEmail has a massive list of executive support contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and regular customer service options for companies in the United States, the UK, continental Europe, Asia and Australia, and Africa. Odds are if you need to get in touch with someone at a company, they have a lead that can help you.
The same warnings we offered in the original piece go here as well: don?t just email a CEO willy nilly, or else you?ll find yourself ignored. Most CEOs have admin staff responsible for keeping their inboxes tidy and organized, so be polite, to the point, concise, and state explicitly what it is you?re looking for (and the fact that their customer service department hasn?t been willing to help you) and you?ll get better results.
