The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Delaware State University seeks applicants for a lecturer position in Mathematical Sciences starting in fall 2013. A Ph.D. in Mathematics or Mathematics Education is preferred.

The Department offers undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Mathematics with Computer Science, and Mathematics Education; master's degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education; and Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics. Delaware State University has a diversified faculty and student population of more than 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students. DSU is located in Dover, Delaware and has campuses in Wilmington and Georgetown, Delaware.

General Job Description:

  • Teach undergraduate Mathematics courses of varying levels;
  • Make contributions to program development and teaching activities/effectiveness in the Department
